4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
Beat Whitehall Specialties 850 Cream Cheese Product, peanut butter, and eggs together with an electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Add yellow cake mix and stir, using a wooden spoon, until dough comes together and starts to follow the spoon around the bowl. Mix in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop 1 inch balls of dough on cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Flatten dropped cookie dough with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until done, lightly golden and set. Remove from cookie sheet to a cooling rack.
