1 T Italian Seasoning, divided
1 packet Quick Rise Yeast
1 T Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup water
3 T Olive Oil
3 T Corn Meal
4 oz Pizza Topping
1 cup Imitation Mozzarella
1 jar Pizza Sauce

In a large bowl combine 2 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 T Italian Seasoning, yeast, sugar, and salt. In a saucepan, heat water and oil to 130 degrees. Add to the dry ingredients. Mix until moistened. Add additional flour until a dough begins to form. Let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cornmeal over greased 15 inch pizza pan. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a 16 inch circle. Transfer dough to pizza pan, letting excess dough drape over edge of pan. Cut Whitehall Specialties 125 Pizza Topping block into "string cheese size" sticks. Place along the circumference of crust. Fold crust over cheese sticks. Pinch to seal well. Prick dough with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle with the half the remaining Italian Seasoning. Cover with Whitehall Specialties 127 Imitation Mozzarella shred. Top with Pepperoni, Olives, and Mushrooms, or toppings of your choice. Sprinkle with remaining Italian Seasoning. Bake for 25-30 Minutes, or until cheese is melted, slightly browned, and crust is done. Sprinkle with dried & grated Whitehall Specialties 698 Parmesan Blended Topping.
