Featured Recipe. . .

Kick the tired, old side-dish of "buttered noodles" up a notch with a blend of spices and some tasty Parmesan Cheese product from Whitehall Specialties!

Parmesan Fettuccine

8 oz Fettuccine, cooked
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Whitehall Specialties "684"
Imitation/Natural Parmesan Style Product
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley
Boil Fettuccine according to package directions until cooked al dente'. Drain immediately. In a large bowl, place Fettuccine and pour melted butter over the top. Toss to coat. Blend the grated Whitehall Specialties 684 Imitation/Natural Parmesan Style Product, salt, pepper, and parsley together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the buttered Fettuccine and combine. Serve immediately.

Now that fall is nearing, high school, college, and NFL Football is in full-swing! That means endless opportunities for the much loved tradition of tailgating. Tailgating has become a staple in the pre-game ritual, almost as important as the game itself! The food is the focus and many dishes have become traditional to serve, such as cheddarwursts, cheeseburgers, and hoagies. Product Focus. . . 553 EZ-Melt Imitation Cheddar

Scrambled Eggs with Melted Cheese

4 eggs
2 T milk
1/2 cup Whitehall Specialties 553 "EZ Melt"
Imitation Cheddar Cheese, shred
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Break eggs into a medium glass bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk generously until ingredients are completely combined and mixture is an even consistency in color and texture. Add Whitehall Specialties 553 "EZ Melt" Imitation Cheddar Cheese Shred. Stir. Preheat a medium frying pan to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture in. Allow to fry until bottom starts to set. Then begin breaking up and moving eggs to allow still liquid portions to fry. Mix and scramble until cheese is melted and eggs cooked completely. Add additional salt, pepper, and cheese as desired.
