Whitehall Specialties' commitment to Research & Development includes a dedicated development laboratory where our research engineers design custom products, test new ingredients, explore innovative processes and prepare custom cheese samples. Equipment includes small scale replicas of our actual manufacturing infrastructure which shortens the development cycle and improves the transition from Research & Development into production.
