Featured Recipe. . .

Artichoke Crab Spread













14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

8 oz. Whitehall Specialties 851 Imitation Cream Cheese, cubed

4 green onions, sliced

1 cup crab meat, flaked

1/2 cup Whitehall Specialties 689 Imitation Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 tsp. garlic, minced

4 tsp. lemon juice

salt & pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter inside of a 2 qt. covered casserole dish. Place all ingredients inside and mix well. Cover and bake. Stir after approximately 15 - 20 minutes, until cheese is melted smooth and ingredients well combined. Continue to bake an additional 15 - 20 minutes minutes or until heated through. Serve warm on top of cocktail bread that has been brushed with butter and garlic and toasted.
