12 oz. box jumbo pasta shells
3 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 T olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp chopped onions
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp parsley
8 oz. Whitehall Specialties 851 Imitation Cream Cheese
2 large jars pasta sauce
1 cup Whitehall Specialties 163 Imitation Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Whitehall Specialties 684 Parmesan Style Product
Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Place pasta shells in the pot. Boil for 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking dish with olive oil. Place the olive oil and beef in a large skillet and cook over medium heat. Stir in minced garlic and chopped onions. Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine Whitehall Specialties Cream Cheese, eggs, garlic salt, parsley, and Italian seasoning, mixing until smooth. Finish browning the ground beef and drain. Combine ground beef with cream cheese mixture and 1 cup pasta sauce. Pour another cup or so in the bottom of the baking dish. Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the beef mixture and arrange in the prepared baking dish. Cover evenly with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with the Whitehall Specialties Imitation Mozzarella Cheese. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until heated through and sauce is bubbly. Sprinkle with the Parmesan Style Cheese just before serving.
