Brownie-Bottom Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

- 1 family size brownie mix (and ingredients to prepare)
- 24 oz Whitehall Specialties 851 Imitation Cream Cheese
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup miniature chocolate chips
- hot fudge sauce and additional chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom only of a 9-inch springform pan. Make brownie mix according to package directions for chewy brownies. Spread in the bottom of the springform pan and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until set. Meanwhile, beat
Whitehall Specialties 851 Imitation Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy. Slowly blend in the sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Beat in eggs just until combined. Fold in miniature chocolate chips. Spread over the top of the brownie layer. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake for an additional 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool completely, a minimum of 3 hours or overnight. Remove rim of springform pan. Garnish with hot fudge and additional miniature chocolate chips. Store in the refrigerator.
