Creamy Veggie Dip
8 oz. Whitehall Specialties 851 Imitation Cream Cheese, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T chopped green onions, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 T dried dill weed, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, assorted fresh veggies
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Blend in green onions, salt, dill, and garlic. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to develop. Serve cold with fresh cut assorted vegetables.
