1 pouch (1lb. 1.5oz) oatmeal cookie mix
1/2 cup firm butter
16 oz. Whitehall Specialties Flavored Cream Cheese Replacer
1/2 cup sugar
2 T flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
1/4 tsp apple pie spice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Place cookie mix in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly and coarse. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture and stir 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts into it. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat Whitehall Specialties Flavored Cream Cheese Replacer until smooth. Add sugar, flour, vanilla, and egg and blend well. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the partially baked crust. In a medium bowl, mix apple pie filling, apple pie spice, and remaining cinnamon together. Spoon evenly over cream cheese filling. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs over the apples. Top with remaining walnuts. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until light golden brown and cheesecake layer is almost set. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
