Featured Recipe. . .

Zesty Cheesy Broccoli Dip






1 cup mayonnaise

2 T horseradish sauce

10 oz frozen chopped broccoli

4 oz diced pimentos

3/4 cup Whitehall Specialties 691 Parmesan Style Product, dried & grated

1 cup Whitehall Specialties 125 Pizza Topping, shred

dash salt & pepper

wheat crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw broccoli. Drain broccoli and pimentos. Combine mayonnaise and horseradish sauce. Stir well. Mix in broccoli and pimentos. Add 1/2 cup Whitehall Specialties 691 Parmesan Style Product and 1/2 cup 125 Pizza Topping. Combine. Add salt & pepper to taste. Spread into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 25 minutes, until heated through and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining Whitehall Specialties 125 Pizza Topping. Bake 5 additional minutes until melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Whitehall Specialties 691 Parmesan Style Product. Serve with wheat crackers.

Cheeseheads!!!

"Green & Gold" Cheddar Biscuits


















2 cups baking mix
2/3 cups milk
2/3 cup Whitehall Specialties 504 Imitation American Cheese Fine Shred
1/2 cup sliced Green onions
1/2 cup Golden kernel corn
dash salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
Bucky Badger Salsa

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together baking mix, milk, green onions, corn, salt and pepper until a soft dough forms. Add in Whitehall Specialties 504 Imitation American Cheese Fine Shred and stir until well combined. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons full onto the baking sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Sprinkle with additional Whitehall Specialties 504 American Cheese Fine Shred if desired. Brush liberally with melted butter. Serve with Bucky Badger salsa!

Featured Recipe. . .

Parmesan Olive Bites














8 oz. Whitehall Specialties 850 Imitation Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Whitehall Specialties 691 Parmesan Style Topping, dried & grated
1 can chopped black olives
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 T chopped onion
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt, or to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend 8 oz. Whitehall Specialties Imitation Cream Cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan Style Topping together until smooth. Stir in chopped black olives, onion, parsley, and garlic salt until an even consistency is reached. Separate dough into 8 rectangles and seal the seams. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Fold each rectangle lengthwise to enclose filling. Cut each into 4 squares. Place seam sides down on baking sheet and sprinkle with remaining Whitehall Specialties Parmesan Style Topping. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
